I m 5 7 215 20 body fat.

Weight loss plateau bodybuilding forum. Ok i started off exactly 2 weeks from today with a weight loss regimen to get me to my goal in the next 3 weeks and i m nowhere near my goal. This may sound like a stupid question should i do more cardio i m getting about 1 5 to 2 hours a week left weights 4 days a week my calorie in take about 1700 a day. If it s correct then either 1 increase deficit 2 work out more rigorous and lift weights or 3 keep it and wait.

I ve been counting my calories and i always have a target of 1 500kcal per day which everyday i ve. I started at 255 im down to 235 and i ve been stuck here for about 2 or 3 weeks now. I m getting to this point now where i don t seem to be losing any weight.

So now i weigh 79kgs 174lbs and my goal is to weigh 75kgs 165lbs. Anyways one of the things i ve noticed is that my weight remains steady for like a month and. The only thing i could think of is eating to little calories.

2 weeks ago i weighed 80kgs 176lbs and in the last two weeks i ve only lost 1kg. I was 19 5 stone now i m 17 11 but i ve been like this for three weeks. I ve just been restricting my calorie intake low fat high protein moderate low carb as a means to weight loss.

I do a 1hr cardio sessions which burns around 800 weight training on top of that this. Sent from my sm g950u using tapatalk. I ve hit a weight loss plateau.

Ok guys i m kinda clueless on this one. Weight loss sometimes comes in waves. Hey guys hoping you could weigh in on my current situation.
